'Lady & the Hound' is a tailored Canine Care and Coaching service providing puppy classes and private 1-2-1 dog training, dog day care and dog recreation.
Founded by Imogen Haley after she became a dog owner herself, the business aims to help owners raise and coach their dogs to become well adjusted pets in an environment which feels safe and friendly to both dog and owner. We believe it is important for us to work in partnership with you and your dog in a kind and constructive way and to achieve this we use only 'reward based training' methods.
Imogen is a certified trainer with Puppy School UK and is a fully insured and accredited member of the 'National Association of Registered Pet Sitters' (NarpsUK).
'Lady & the Hound' is based in Surrey, covering all areas as well as SW London postcodes. Our Puppy School courses are currently run in TW1, TW2, TW10, TW11 and TW12.

We have a team of dedicated and experienced walkers who are available to walk your dog or simply visit them at home to check in on them and to keep them company.
Our walkers are all insured and never walk more than three dogs at any one time. Your dog will be matched with other suitable dogs for their walk so they can happily play and bond with their other walking pals without feeling intimidated and overwhelmed.
Hourly walks cost £15.00 and this includes pick-up and drop-off time.
Please contact us directly to discuss your dog’s individual walking needs.
